A different way to ground

We often hear that we should ‘be more grounded’ and ‘live in the present moment’.🤔🤷‍♀️

I didn’t know what that meant until I started tuning into the horses. Having 4 feet, double what we have, and always being connected to the ground, is one way the horses are naturally grounded.

Beyond that, their minds are different from ours. They don’t worry about tomorrow, they don’t stew about what happened yesterday. Instead, they live in the moment. They graze, they groom each other, they doze.

Come and feel the wisdom of horses. 🐴

Breathe into the experience of being immersed in nature, amid the horses, and just BE.

Here’s details on our next meditation night on Thursday July 29. Let me know if I can answer any questions for you. 🙏💕
