In circle, we heal and rejuvenate. Join us for a tranquil evening of meditation and horse magic at our next meditation circle. Led by Andrea Robin Skinner, meditation teacher, and facilitated by Cheri Davidson, FEEL Facilitator, this unique experience offers a serene and rejuvenating way to connect with nature, the Horses and YOU. $40 per person, includes HST. Please provide a minimum of 48 hours for cancellation and credit towards your next session. Agenda First 15 Minutes: Meet the Herd Pull up your lawn chair and settle into our cozy circle—this is your time to relax and just breathe. As you stand by the fence, you’ll get to meet the herd. Notice which curious faces come over to say hello—maybe you’ll get a gentle nuzzle, a friendly lick, or even reconnect with a horse you’ve met before. The magic is, every “Meet the Herd” is a little different, and every visit is special. 60 Minutes: Guided Meditation Let’s journey inward together. You’ll be guided through a calming meditation, with moments of peaceful silence and the chance to share your thoughts if you’d like. Surrounded by the gentle presence of the horses, you’ll find it easy to relax and connect with yourself. Last 15 Minutes: Take Your Time There’s no rush as we wrap up. Take all the time you need to come back to the present moment, say your goodbyes to the horses (and new friends!), and soak in the peaceful atmosphere. If you need to head out right away, that’s perfectly okay too!
