What You'll Experience

​

  • Relax into the meditation table with a pillow, blanket and Mindfold to keep out all light.
     

  • Guided by rhythmic drumming, you’ll settle into a relaxed, meditative state where your intuition and subconscious will naturally rise to the surface.
     

  • Many feel the presence of a horse spirit guide or animal helper.
     

  • Through this connection, you may receive encouragement, direction, or healing.
     

  • Afterward, take time to debrief with your horse partner, then anchor the experience through creative expression—perhaps journaling, painting with watercolours, or creating a mandala—while enjoying a soothing hot drink and an essential oil of your choice.
     

Drum Journeys are best experienced after you've had a few FEEL Sessions, so you're familiar with the farm, you've met the herd, and had your own experience of connection.

In the Drum Journey, you're in Nagual time. Nagual time refers to a fluid sense of time often described as 'liquid time'  that is different from ordinary clock time due to its spiritual nature.
